Unless otherwise requested we ship all Web orders via FedEx ground or UPS ground. Final freight charges are based on Residential rates FedEx/ UPS fuel surcharges in effect at the time of the shipment. We can ship via other services if requested. We can also ship via the United States Postal Service with their Priority Mail service or Global Express Mail service
A $2.00 handling charge is added to all shipping charges.
Tools ordered in error may be returned for credit within 21 days of the date of purchase. Permission to return these tools must be obtained prior to return. A Returned Goods Authorized number may be obtained by E mailing your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide what you return, when purchased, order number and invoice number.
Final credit will be issued and refund made only after the tools have been inspected and found to be in first class condition and in their original packaging. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returns No credit will be issued for freight and handling charges.
All tools are warranted by their manufacturer. If you feel the tool you purchased is defective, please advise us and we will advise you of that manufacturer’s warranty policy. Normally most tools are warranted to defects in the original production of the tool. Normal wear and tear is not warranted. All decisions to repair or replace a tool will be at the discretion of the original manufacturer.
